Stanley E. Brodhead, 64, of Palmer Township died Thursday, July 24, in Easton Hospital. He was the husband of the late Eleanor (Sigafoos) Brodhead.
He was employed by Mack Printing Co., Wilson, for 44 years before retiring in 1995.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Harold and Irma Brodhead.
He was a member of Palmer Moravian Community Church, Palmer Township.
An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of Brown and Lynch American Legion Post 9, Palmer Township.
Years ago, he coached basketball and baseball in the Palmer Township Athletic Association.
He was a member of the Marine Corps League, Palmer Fire Company and Avona Volunteer Fire Company, all in Wilson, and S afety First Volunteer Fire Company, West Easton.
Survivors: Sons, Gregory A. of Bethlehem and Jeffrey W., at home; brothers, Richard, Charles and Edward, all of Palmer Township; companion, Carol English of Bath, and five grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Strunk Funeral Home, 2101 Northampton St., Wilson. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday. |
