Received and record the 17 August 1813
This indenture made this ninth day of August in the year of our
lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen between David Inscoe
of the Township of Mansfield county of Sussex and state of New Jersey
of the one part and Ebenezer Inscoe of the same place of the other
part ?? that the said David Insco for and in consideration of the
sum of fifty dollars which to him in hand paid by the said Ebenezer
Inscoe at and before this in ruling and delivery of then pursuits
the receipt where the said David Insco The grantor?? Conveyed and
confirmed and by the pursuit doth grant bargain all alien ?? Convey
and confirmed unto the said Ebenzer Insco and to his heirs and assigns
forever all that tract or lot of land situate lying and being in
the county of Sussex and state of New Jersey and Builted and bound
as follows at stake and heap of stones in the edge of the great road
about four chains north of the Pohatcong creek and forty links south
east from the south east corner of the widow Andrews dwelling home.
Hence running 1. North twenty seven degrees west ninety four chins
hence. 2. north seventy one degrees east twenty eight chains Hence.
3. south six degrees twenty five chains Hence 4. south forty three
degrees west ninety chains to the beginning corner containing sixty
two acres and one half of land with allowances for highways. ve (which
said tract of land was conveyed by John Armstrong to Abigail Thatcher
as will appear by his deed bearing the date the seventh day of May
1788 on reference thereunto being had) together with all and singular
the rights privileges heriditaments and appurtenance thereunto belonging
or in any wide appertaining to have and to hold the aforesaid divided
tract of land and?? with the privileges heriditament and appertonacy?
as unto the said Ebenezer Insco his heirs and assigns to the only
? use benefit and ? of him the said Ebenezer Inscoe his heirs and
assigns farmer the witness whereof the said David Inscoe hath hereunto
placed his hands ands seal that day and year first above written.

Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of B the ? made before
executing and interlineations also Henry Hawkinson E L Warne - New
Jersey Sussex county to wite came before me Henry Hawkinson one of
the masters in the high court of Chancery of said state. David Inscoe
the grantor to this within died of conveyance who a chs. out edged
that he signed sealed and delivered the same for the ? and purposes
therein contained. Acknowledge Nov 9 day of Aught 1813 before me.

I do hereby sell and convey all my right and title of the back rents
of said previous due and owing to me from Isaac Lyons or any New
person who have held or now holds the premises in possession of the
lands mentioned in the said deed unto the aforesaid Ebenezer Inscoe
for the sun of Twenty dollars witness any hand and seal the 9th day
